Marion Winston Youth Leadership Academy is designed for high school students in Marion and Winston counties and is a commendable initiative that aims to nurture future leaders by providing them with essential skills and experiences. By selecting two juniors from each of the 11 high schools within these counties, the program ensures a diverse representation of young talents. Throughout the academy, students are equipped with crucial leadership skills such as effective communication and teamwork, which are vital for success in any field.
