Let’s give a big cheer for our October 2024 HERO, Karen Moya, Assistant Property Manager at Rollingwood Apartments. Karen consistently goes above and beyond to assist residents, with many asking for her specifically when they need assistance. She ensures vacant units are leased expeditiously, which is a key part of keeping occupancy above budgeted levels. While Rollingwood was preparing for a recent inspection, Karen played a significant role in scheduling work by vendors and communicating with residents about maintenance activities throughout the community. Donaldson recently hosted OSHA-10 training led by our partners at Hartford Mutual Insurance Group for a group of our Service Managers and Assistant Service Managers.
