This philosophy, captured in the saying 'How you do anything, is how you do everything,' resonates deeply with me, and I believe it holds about 90% truth. Why not 100%? Because we've all witnessed occasions where individuals might not fully commit in one area—be it work, relationships, fitness, or spirituality—and it raises a question: Does this half-hearted effort spill over into other aspects of their lives? The principle is akin to the wisdom found in the parable of the 10 talents. Just as the faithful servants who were entrusted with few resources and managed them well were given greater responsibilities, we observe similar patterns in the business world. At Beverly Hills Teddy Bear Co., when a sales representative excellently manages a smaller account, they're often entrusted with larger, more significant accounts. It's a testament to the trust and responsibility that comes with proven diligence. So, let us challenge ourselves to invest our talents wisely and be diligent stewards of what we're given. Like the good stewards in the parable, let's strive to earn the trust and reap the rewards of our hard work, proving that we can indeed be trusted with much when we manage well with little.
