ARCO recently celebrated the groundbreaking of a new ±26,875 SF build-to-suit facility in Fenton, MO, for WOW! Family Edutainment. This is the first facility for WOW!, designed to deliver a premier edutainment experience, including an outdoor mini golf course, eight lanes of duckpin bowling, three karaoke rooms, four golf simulators, curling, virtual reality, three private party rooms, a full-service kitchen, two bars and other unique experiences. The ARCO team is making great progress at the Live Nation Entertainment Amphitheater in Riverside, MO! The Redi-Rock retaining wall, built with 1,293 modular blocks weighing 1,500 lbs each, supports the earth-retained auditorium bowl with over 165,000 CY of engineered fill. Meanwhile, steel erection for the Performance Platform Stage House is underway, featuring 250 tons of Class A steel, including a rigging grid for lighting, audio and stage equipment. Thanks to Kolb Grading, LLC, SteelFab, Inc. and Williams Erection Company for their partnerships and critical roles on our team. We are honored to be one of many key contributors to this exciting project and look forward to sharing more milestones in the new year!

ARCO is excited to announce the completion of Parkside Financial Bank & Trust's tenant improvement project in Clayton, MO! This 16,000 SF office transformation includes high-end finishes, custom flooring, cabinetry, demountable walls with wood-look cladding and seamlessly integrated A/V and lighting systems. The ARCO Construction team is excited to share the recent completion of the new Premium Waters Inc. facility in Seguin, TX! Located just outside of San Antonio, Premium Waters’ new state-of-the-art bottled water facility marks the third manufacturing site built by ARCO and spans 28 acres to house more than 390,000 SF of production and warehouse capabilities.
