ARCO is constructing this 535,134 SF cross-dock speculative warehouse, which features a 7” slab on grade, 36’ clear height, 102 dock positions, and four drive-in ramps. 🚧 Completing the Vision at Park 295 🚧 Construction is officially underway on the final building at Park 295 Industrial Park in Northwest Jacksonville. This 101,307 SF speculative warehouse will complete the park, located near Jacksonville International Airport and major interstates, making it ideal for logistics and distribution. With Jacksonville’s industrial real estate market ranked as the second-tightest small-bay market in the country and an availability rate of just 3.5%, this project couldn’t come at a better time. Demand for modern warehouse space continues to surge, especially with the upcoming Port of Jacksonville expansion set to nearly double shipment capacity by mid-2025. This project marks a significant step in ARCO Design/Build Memphis’ growing partnership with Faropoint and Hazel St Capital.
