Esse processo precisa ser individualizado porque cada coachee tem objetivo específico a ser alcançado e vai encontrar, por meio do coaching, caminhos diferentes a trilhar, superando suas dificuldades e descobrindo fortalezas. No life coaching é fundamental que o coachee se sinta absolutamente seguro, para que consiga mergulhar de forma intensa em seu interior e não se sinta analisado ou julgado por sua forma de ser, de sentir e de agir.

All human behavior is run by 'unmet needs'. Identifying the unmet need of the client who's well-being is being affected would feel like the first step, to me. The next step would be to strategize other ways the client can get the need met. The issue in so many cases is that people are trying to get heir needs met without actually knowing what need it is they're wanting to meet. Cuando esto ocurre, hay que poner en valor a cada cliente, explicando que lo que uno hace no le corresponde al otro y viceversa. Enseñar a cada cual que es a traves de lo que hacemos de forma individual como crecemos y nos desarrollamos, sin competir. Ademas, debemos ser completamente confidenciales a la hora de tratar a unos y otros, para que entre ellos no se produzcan este tipo de desencuentros.
