Doubt is a part of our life that cannot be eliminated but it can be navigated intentionally with proper plan. I would understand the belief system, and deal with those barriers by going to the root of the belief. It is important to get rid of the limiting belief and replace it with positive beliefs. I would then tailor my approach based on their individual needs, strengths, and opportunities. Defining strategies that are aligned to the aspirations of the client. Plan futuristically identifying the challenges and strategizing to deal with those. Urge the client to take small steps towards wins. Have a positive attitude towards challenges and setbacks.

Creating a support network of fellow coaches who understand the journey. And most importantly, taking consistent imperfect action – because growth happens in the doing, not the planning.
