When our coaching team is caught in a loop of conflict i will say let just try mixing empathy with clarity. We should for sure get involved in open dialogues with actively listen & 100% pinpoint root causes instead of symptoms. Another imp element is to encourage collaboration over competition & set clear expectations. My cent seek first to understand, then to be understood. Let's solve not just talk!

Resolving it starts with finding common ground through strategic questioning: Chunking Up explores the bigger picture— What is this part of? What purpose does this serve? Chunking Down narrows focus to specifics—What’s an example of that? Who/what specifically? This dual approach uncovers shared values and actionable insights, transforming conflict into collaboration.
