As a life coach, boundaries are your power move. They keep your energy in check, your focus sharp, and your work sustainable. ✅ Don’t shy away from saying “no” when it’s needed , it’s not selfish; it’s smart. ✅ Set clear work hours, honor your downtime, and remember, you can’t help others if you’re running on empty. ✅Protecting your space isn’t just good for you; it’s a lesson in self-respect your clients will learn from. Strong boundaries make stronger coaches!
