By doing so, these actions become part of our routine and don't require as much effort to maintain. Additionally, it's important to regularly set new goals and check in on progress to stay engaged and challenge ourselves. Staying consistent with these steps will help maintain motivation in the long run.

I personally like to help them tackle something that's been on their to-do list for a while - when there is that nagging voice in your head about something that's been left unfinished, it can be hard to feel good about other things! So, we tackle it head on, get some resolution, or clarity, or fresh perspective, or completion around whatever it is! From there, my clients seem to perk up and feel confident about the accomplishment, which ripples out from there.
