Também considero essencial celebrar as pequenas vitórias ao longo do caminho, para que a equipe veja que, mesmo nas adversidades, há progresso. E, acima de tudo, tento mostrar que, mesmo nos momentos difíceis, é possível aprender e crescer. Quando as pessoas se sentem apoiadas e acreditam na capacidade do time de superar os obstáculos, a resiliência se torna natural.
