YIMBY has reported extensively on Lightstone’s impending condominium tower coming to 130 William Street, in the heart of the Financial District. Plans have evolved substantially since initial building applications were filed back in March of 2015, and initial plans for a mixed-use building with a substantial hotel component were dropped for the all-condominium version as of early 2017. Now, with demolition of an old three-story warehouse complete, construction on the office project is finally getting underway.
