🌲 As the holiday season begins, we extend our warmest wishes to our clients, candidates, and colleagues; enjoy a restful winter break. We are proud to have achieved our most successful year ever, and with that comes the privilege of giving back. This year, we raised thousands for various charities through initiatives such as the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge and our annual Donate Your Day scheme.   As with every year this December, we were pleased to support our community and those most in need during this period. We sincerely thank everyone who participated in our annual Christmas Jumper Day at our London office. Your contributions helped us raise more funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity, our chosen charity partner for the year.   Our team also enjoyed a rewarding day collaborating with Thrive (The Society for Horticultural Therapy) in Battersea Park, creating festive wreaths. As we close out the year, we want to highlight the achievements of our team, whose efforts have been monumental in delivering our most successful year ever! The Barton Partnership has partnered with over 240 businesses to solve their unique talent challenges, placing over 400 professionals in new roles globally. We are ever grateful for the opportunity to connect the talented individuals and organisations in our network, and we look forward to upholding the highest levels of client service into 2025. Our team has grown even stronger; we have welcomed 19 new faces to TBP. The achievements of our existing team have not gone unnoticed, and in 2024, we celebrated 10 promotions across 4 of our offices globally. We introduced a Central Delivery Function (CDF) in our London HQ, which has allowed us to centralise expertise, streamline processes, and leverage shared resources, enabling faster response times, improved candidate experience, and a more tailored approach to client needs. We produced a wealth of valuable content this year, including 16 insightful podcasts from our Spotlight On series, various thought leadership pieces, and multiple comprehensive reports. The number of nominations, accreditations and awards we received this year is a testament to our team's hard work and dedication to prestigious service levels. These included: - 2 APSCo Awards for Excellence (Recruitment Company of the Year & Business Leader of the Year), - Forbes' Best Management Consulting Firms 2024, - Financial Times' UK Leading Consulting Network 2024, - GBEA's Entrepreneur of the Year (Service Industries), - Recruiter's Entrepreneur of the Year award, - Disability Confident Employer Level 2, - Listed as an NHS Shared Business Services Supplier. - Maintained our B-Corp status. The key principle of The Barton Partnership has always been about fostering a fun and inclusive company culture. This year's calendar of activities involved the Top Performers' trip to Tenerife, social outings at Fairgame and Sixes Cricket, bowling, the Summer boat party, the Christmas party, the People & Culture's DEI Ambassador training programme, quiz nights, and much more. As always, it was a pleasure to recognise our teams' efforts with lunches at Kol, Galvin la Chappelle, Gilgamesh, and Bob Bob Ricard.
