Fantastic event at the National Apprenticeship Awards on Wednesday night. It was great to hear so many success stories from both apprentices and apprentice employers who were deservedly recognised on a national scale. At such an inspiring event, it was excellent to see so many South East finalists picking up awards! Was lovely to see so many familiar and new faces from the AAN too! #SkillsAwards2024

It was fantastic to sponsor the East Sussex Apprenticeship Graduation on Thursday and hear so many stories of apprentices, employers and trainers going the extra mile to achieve great things through apprenticeships. Phil Golding presented the Tutor/Trainer of the Year award whilst James Kimble explained to delegates how they can get involved championing apprenticeships through the South East Apprenticeship Ambassador Network (SEAAN). FREE 1-1 Sessions on apprenticeships in Science ✨🔬   Lumi & Lumiere has been awarded funding by the @Strategic Board for Science Apprenticeships (SBSA) to offer a series of completely free, fully funded, 1-1 sessions to help Science companies explore the potential of #Apprenticeships in #England.   These sessions are designed to support businesses in understanding how apprenticeships can benefit them by:    - Clarifying what apprenticeships are and how they operate.  - Exploring the return on investment and how to track their effectiveness.  - How to align and link apprenticeships to strategic aims.  - Understanding the costs and available funding options.  - Where to find and locate training you need.  - Integrating apprenticeships into your current development plans.  - Attracting a wide, diverse talent pool.  - Addressing any other questions you may have about apprenticeships.   These sessions are funded to give businesses practical and accessible advice, particularly #SMEs in the #Science and #STEM sectors within the #Oxfordshire area, however, should you require assistance they are available to companies of all sizes across England.   Whether you are just beginning to explore apprenticeships or looking to improve your existing approach, these discussions will be tailored to your needs.   Sessions can be carried out virtually or, if required, in person at your location.
