Attest teamed up with The Interactive Advertising Bureau IAB to explore how consumers aged 16-43 feel about ads created by GenAI. The research found that Gen Z and Millennial consumers are much less enthusiastic about them than industry executives think they are. And while disclosure is important when GenAI has been used in advertising, (31% of consumers are more likely to trust a company that's upfront about it), 27% would trust a company less if they learned it was using AI in ads.
