Women in Renewables Alliance is a global network of professional women working in the renewable energy industry. Our mission is to promote and champion greater gender equality and diversity in clean energy transitions. For more than 5 years the initiative has been connecting with individuals and institutions with a shared vision – to create an equal world where all talents can live their potential to the fullest. Founded in 2018, Women in Renewables Alliances – formerly known as Women in Renewables Asia, is the first women’s NGO in Asia’s clean energy industry. Today, we cultivate leadership and advance sustainable DE&I practices while supporting the implementation of global programmes at a regional level across Africa & the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Europe, and spans a spectrum of industry sub-sectors inclusive of solar, wind, and green hydrogen.
