    【A Gratifying Journey with Jobsdb Hong Kong, Bowtie Life Insurance Company and World Vision Hong Kong】 As the year draws to a close, we're proud to reflect on our collaborative triumph, where we've deepened our commitment to community service. Months ago, Jobsdb and Bowtie unveiled the "累之女王" (Queen of Tired) themed psychology test, which struck a chord with HR professionals, recognizing their daily challenges and fostering a sense of community. This initiative was warmly received and encouraged us to move beyond awareness to bring joy into reality. We turned laughter into action by hosting an event with the talented Hong Kong-born stand-up comedian, Vivek Mahbubani. This initial concept grew into a significant #CSR initiative, promoting #diversity and #inclusion. Over 200 HR professionals relished an evening that was not only entertaining but also meaningful, directly benefiting 50 underprivileged local families from diverse backgrounds. Together with World Vision Hong Kong, we held a special session tailored for supporting grassroots families of Chinese and ethnic minority origins, to share in the Christmas spirit. This partnership has revealed the heart of business - where every initiative, every laugh, and every lead adds up to a greater societal impact. The HR community's involvement and support have been essential, together making a real difference. We offer our deepest thanks to everyone who engaged, supported, and advanced this project.   • As Christmas approaches, it’s the perfect time to pause and reflect on our resolutions for 2025. As an HR leader, you face numerous decisions every day; but how can you ensure those decisions are the right ones? Yesterday, Jobsdb was thrilled to host our inaugural Christmas Executive Luncheon at the Island Shangri-La Hotel, where over 50 HR executives gathered to connect. We were honoured to have 黃仲遠 Mills Wong, a registered industrial-organisational psychologist from ROCK Training Consultants Limited, as our guest speaker who delivered an inspiring talk on the art of decision-making.
