We’ll share updates as soon as we’re ready. 👌 🆘 Also, we’re planning to expand to Sweden this year. • ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Hi guys, before this year comes to an end and we all enjoy a well-deserved break and come back in 2025 with full force, we are super happy to announce that Lucia Hirvi joins our team as a Program Director of Mentorship! 👩🎓 We have a community of 600+ CSMs in Finland, and we have a pool of professionals who are interested in being a Mentor or seeking advice as Mentees. We build a conscious career, so, with that in mind we open a new vertical and Lucia will lead it. ⏩ Lucia will develop a program and we might have Mentorship events similar to Turbo Talks by CS Connect, or maybe we will have something similar to Catalyst Software Coaching Corner that Daniel Garcia developed. We will be back in 2025 with more details!👌 💜 We have known Lucia at least for 2 years as a seasoned CSM from Qt Group and a multi-lingual hero talking in 7 European languages. "One of Lucia's standout qualities is her ability to clarify and streamline processes for customers. She excels in making complex customer journeys transparent and understandable." - from one of her customers. We are looking forward to our new Vertical, a Mentorship Program for the Customer Success community in Nordics, run by Lucia.😍 😍 😍 See you in 2025! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Ho Ho Ho🎅 🎅 🎅 We will be back in January with the next exciting news! 🎇 🎇 🎇 Aaron, Noah - Fractional CSM consulting Maria - Helsinki & Leadership events Houssam - Activities & After Work Lucia - Mentorship Program If you like what you get at our events, support us https://lnkd.in/dDyGtPaG

  • The '25 Customer Success Trends Report by Daphne has been published! 😍 Link to the report: https://hubs.ly/Q02-X2Tn0 Link to Daphne's summary: https://lnkd.in/dSf5CYEy Our key takeaways: 🔝 NRR is still the main North Star metric (Adoption rate keeps #2 among respondents); 🔝 the role of Customer Success was reformulated in 2024 by transforming from Customer Success to Sales 2.0 - and it affected badly Churn Rate and Gross Retention; 🔝 now, the focus is returning to sustainable balance - delivering measurable results, ensuring robust product adoption, driving meaningful engagement; 🔝 65% of leaders confirmed that delivering value to a customer will remain the same #1 challenge to solve in 2025. Also, time-to-value (onboarding) and product adoption will increase; 🔝 defining customer outcomes and customer journey mapping remain #1 and #2 among all process improvements; 🔝 in 2025, we will have more and more digital CS - self-service customer portals, etc; 🔝 in the report you can read more about specific challenges for SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise; 🔝 we still invest in high-touch customer success with measured customer outcomes and we continue to explore efficient value delivery to our customers. 2025 will be a VALUE year! ❄️ ❄️ ❄️ ❄️ ❄️ Aaron, Noah - Fractional CSM consulting Maria - Helsinki & Leadership events Houssam - Activities & After Work Lucia - Mentorship Program If you like what you get at our events, support us https://lnkd.in/dDyGtPaG

  • One of our mission verticals is to introduce People from our Community and spotlight Nordic local talents 👑 Today meet Shreyashree Sanjeevi, an Account Manager at Sievo! 🦋 Shreya speaks 8 languages (EIGHT!!), including English, French and Swedish. We asked her the same questions as we always do - check the book she recommends and her superpower! ▶️ Hi, I’m Shreyashree Sanjeevi—feel free to call me Shreya! 😊 As an Account Manager, I enjoy working at the intersection of business, technology, and people, staying curious, and seeing the real impact of teamwork and strong relationships. It’s truly rewarding to make great things happen together! 🍚 Fun fact: I enjoy cooking with whatever’s in the fridge—it’s my way of being intuitive for getting creative and letting my mood decide what’s on the menu ;) ▶️ Could you recommend one book or podcast? For the longest time, Lean In https://leanin.org/book#! has been a personal favorite in the leadership space. It takes innate abilities and intuition and turns them into a deeper purpose that can fuel and support one on their journey. It also calls for a cultural shift in the workplace, urging everyone to challenge traditional gender roles and make leadership more inclusive. ▶️ What is the one tech tool you can't live without? This is a tough question for me because, at heart, I’m a pen-and-paper person! 😊 I love my little notebook, post-its, and handwritten lists. That said, I’ve definitely embraced some digital equivalents, like Notes, online post-its, and various task management tools. Among others, Notion has probably been the closest to luring me away from paper—offering versatility, flexibility, and a visually appealing all-in-one workspace. There’s still so much to explore. I have also been recommended reMarkable as an “alternative notebook” → that one’s on my list to explore ;) ▶️ What’s something you recently learned the hard way? We often hear about stepping out of our comfort zone, but nothing prepares us for actually doing it—whether it’s moving to a new country, changing roles, or embracing new challenges. It’s uncomfortable at first, but I’ve realized that it’s in those moments of discomfort that true growth happens (it took a lot of realization, trust me). You discover so much about yourself and what you’re capable of. So, if I were to answer what I’ve learned the “hard way” recently, it would probably be that stepping out of your comfort zone is always going to feel difficult, but it’s where the most valuable growth happens. The challenge is to pass through the discomfort itself, and become more curious about the journey, steps, process and more equipped to handle whatever comes next because it is certainly a repetitive process :)  From Shreya 💜 THANK YOU.
