In times of need, every effort counts. 💙 💛 We recently contributed 400 hygiene kits to support flood relief efforts, working alongside the Ministry of Communications to help those affected. This is part of our commitment to provide RM2 million in aid for flood victims across the nation. The handing-over ceremony was attended by YB Fahmi Fadzil, Minister of Communications; YB Nie Ching Teo, Deputy Minister of Communications; and YBhg. Datuk Mohamad Fauzi Md Isa, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Communications, alongside representatives from other telco operators. Today, we signed a Memorandum of Understanding with KPJ Healthcare Bhd and University of Malaya to transform #digitalhealthcareinnovation in Malaysia. 💡🤝 These strategic partnerships will drive improvements in the nation’s healthcare services, enhancing access to quality medical care and patient experiences, and position Malaysia as a leader in digital healthcare innovation, by focusing on the following key areas:   🩺 With University of Malaya, we are breaking barriers in medical innovation by leveraging 5G, AI, and XR technologies, and transforming UM into Malaysia’s first healthcare institution to pioneer HoloMedicine®️, integrating 3D holograms into clinical care and operating theatres. 🏥🔬   🌍 With KPJ Healthcare Bhd, we are redefining borders in healthcare through cutting-edge telemedicine solutions. We are connecting patients to specialised treatments and affordable care across borders. 🩺📡   The MoU signing was represented by Shahril Ariffin, Chief Digital Officer of KPJ Healthcare Berhad, Professor Ir. In times of need, we stand together. Today, our leaders joined the regional team in Raub, one of the areas severely impacted by the recent floods, to hand over supplies of basic household items to affected families. In collaboration with the Malaysian Relief Agency (MRA), we are ensuring that even the most inaccessible areas receive the assistance they need during this critical time. 💪❤️Deputy Minister of Communications YB Nie Ching Teo and team joined us during the handover and a brief site visit. Here are some of the efforts we are prioritising: 💙 Allocated RM2 million for nationwide flood emergency response efforts, which includes providing household supplies, connectivity at flood relief centres, and various other recovery assistance, to benefit close to 7,000 families. 💛 Proactively elevating network structures at flood-prone areas to protect the radio and electronic equipment. 🎥 Today we hosted a #watchparty featuring 10 amazing social media #influencers and content creators who showcased their creative and impactful #scam awareness and #online safety videos. 🎉 These creators have successfully completed a three-month #fellowship under the Creators IRL (In Real Life) programme, aimed to build a vibrant community of online safety #advocates.   We were delighted to have Deputy Communications Minister Nie Ching Teo at the watch party and for her thoughts on the video contents.   Creators IRL takes a behavioural-centred approach to combat online scams and harm, #empowering social media influencers and content creators to drive meaningful conversations about digital safety and scams while engaging audiences with creative content. In conjunction with the World Mental Health Day, the Selangor Red Giants (SRG), in collaboration with CelcomDigi, proudly organised the Healthy Gaming programme at selected schools across Selangor.   This initiative aims to promote balanced and mindful gaming habits 🎮👾 while encouraging mental wellness among students. Our school outreach visits brought us to 🏫 Sekolah Kebangsaan Seksyen 7, Kota Damansara and 🏫 Sekolah Kebangsaan Cyberjaya, where students actively participated and gained valuable insights on how to cultivate healthy gaming practices.   We were thrilled to have our very own #SRG player, Gojes joined us in inspiring and interacting with the students.
