Through collaboration and advanced solutions, she will help us make a significant impact in this field. As our Innovation Project Manager, Xiaoxue will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge solutions that capture emerging market trends and address unmet needs. She will oversee project execution through the NuFood Concept Studio, partnering both internally and externally to transform our innovation pipeline into impactful projects. Her role also includes supporting the growth of our joint venture businesses, enhancing Nurasa's Open Innovation Platform. Bringing over 13 years of global expertise in R&D, project management, and business development from leading food industry organizations, Xiaoxue’s career includes notable tenures at Mars Petcare and Mars Wrigley, where she supported global innovation and project management. She also spent time at BGI Group/MGI and RELX , where her career expanded to international business development. Xiaoxue's appointment underscores Nurasa's commitment to providing sustainable and innovative food solutions that meet the ever-evolving needs of our partners, consumers, and the global ecosystem. As we wrap up an incredible year, we want to acknowledge and thank all our partners who have collaborated with us on this journey to accelerate the adoption of sustainable nutrition for our community. It was a year filled with mission, purpose and growth and we are so grateful for all the opportunities that came across our way and for the support we leaned into from our ecosystem members. This year, we launched the Nurasa strategy alongside our Singapore Springboard and NuFood Concept Studio programs, kicked off the successful #SweetSwapChallenge and #NuConnects platforms, and expanded our network with many new and wonderful connections across the region. 🚀 The nutrition landscape is rapidly evolving, and as we close off 2024 and look ahead to 2025, this session of #NuConnects explored some of the major trends we might be seeing in the year ahead, discussed how we might align our products with consumer needs, explored who we’re serving in the market and spoke about some the unique problems we're solving. Some of the headline topics we dove into included different audience groups: fitness enthusiasts who crave convenient, plant-based protein snacks that are easy on the body, those focused on health-conscious aging who prioritise digestibility and bone health; as well as the “comfort-seekers” who want hearty, healthy, satisfying meals. The takeaways our panelists provided include: - Value Consumer Insights: Conduct quick, affordable surveys to tailor offerings to regional preferences. - Ensure Effective Communication: Clearly articulate the health benefits of your products. - Strategic Scaling is key: Collaborate with partners and leverage digital tools to grow efficiently while keeping costs low. It was a truly engaging event and we loved how our guests hung back and continued to network and build new connections even after lunch and the panel session was over.
