LOOF is a six volume project featuring apartments, a cohousing community, and a hospitality venue. Park Nolf offers luxury park apartments with spacious terraces, while Gloriëtte focuses on sustainable city living. The masterplan by West 8 blends homes, offices, shops, and green spaces, centered around a public English garden. Designed by OFFICE Kersten Geers David Van Severen, the residences combine open, light-filled spaces with natural materials like Italian stone and steel. Queen Mathilde of Belgium has visited the Margaretha Van Parma exhibition at the MOU Museum in Oudenaarde. In March, both the King and Queen also admired the beautiful tapestries. hp engineers designed the Lower Cloth Hall of the Oudenaarde City Hall to meet ASHRAE Class A1 standards. The new installation has been carefully designed and seamlessly integrated into the historic City Hall of Oudenaarde. The climate control system is 100% fossil-free, utilizing heat pump technology, free cooling principles, and displacement ventilation in the exhibition space. In Kortrijk verrijst binnenkort de allereerste fase van de LOOF-site. Een kleinschalige unieke cohousing met 13 studio's. In de gemeenschappelijke ruimte is er plaats voor een grote keuken, leefruimte, wasplaats, terras en werkplekken. De fiets- en voetgangersdoorgang naar het loof-park zal aantakken op de nieuwe ontwikkeling 'Plein' aan de overzijde van de Doorniksewijk. Op die manier versterken we de doorwaadbaarheid van het stedelijk weefsel. Een stuk Kortrijk in volle ontwikkeling. Team maf zet er zijn tanden in! The new Visitor Center & Rubenianum of the ‘Rubensite’ festively opens its doors today. The ‘Galleria building’ in Hopland closes the building block around the Ruben Gardens and connects with the historic buildings and the ‘Rubenshuis’, once the home and studio of the renowned painter Peter Paul Rubens, a historic landmark in Antwerp. Revitalizing Historical Buildings By 2028, a new performing arts building will rise on the former ‘Sint-Pietersziekenhuis’ in Leuven, forming a cultural hub with the ‘Romaanse Poort’, ‘Predikherenkerk’, and surrounding plazas. Technical expertise will be provided by hp engineers, transforming an existing structure into a vibrant 'open house for all', fostering arts and community interaction. We are teaming up with Barozzi Veiga, Tab Architects, Barbara Van Der Wee Architects, and Mosbach Paysagiste to transform Casino Knokke-Heist into a vibrant cultural hub. The design beautifully blends old and new, restoring cohesion while adding modern amenities like event spaces, a nightclub, and more. The renovation includes preserving the north side's original design by Leon Stynen and adding a sleek, organic extension to the south. The future office of HP Engineers, where our team will relocate in 2025, is currently undergoing renovation to tailor it to our needs. Originally built in 1965 in the brutalist style, the building in Ghent was designed by architects Léon Stynen and Paul de Meyer, known for their work on the Ostend casino and deSingel in Antwerp.
