LOOF is a six volume project featuring apartments, a cohousing community, and a hospitality venue. Park Nolf offers luxury park apartments with spacious terraces, while Gloriëtte focuses on sustainable city living. The masterplan by West 8 blends homes, offices, shops, and green spaces, centered around a public English garden. Designed by OFFICE Kersten Geers David Van Severen, the residences combine open, light-filled spaces with natural materials like Italian stone and steel.
