We are looking forward to hosting the third Affordable Housing Development & Investment Summit next year. Our theme is ‘Housing Everyone Well - Mission Possible’ . That one in ten Australian homes should be a social and affordable rental in 20 years. 📆 19 - 21 February 2025 📍 The Hilton, Eora/Sydney Federal initiatives such as the Housing Australia Future Fund and the National Housing Accord, together with State and territory initiatives, are a welcome sign that the multiple housing challenges faced by lower income households are starting to be addressed. However, to fix the housing crisis, much more is needed. This Summit will explore some of the projects and ideas being taken forward as well as looking at how we do more. This is an opportunity to learn, network and share ideas. Joining us are leading speakers Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz, Richard Denniss, Scott Langford, Rebecca Pinkstone, Adrian Harrington, Francesca Muskovic, Nathan Dal Bon, as well as our CEO Wendy Hayhurst. There will also be a pre-summit day focusing on Housing for People with a Disability, facilitated by Gemma Pinnell. CHIA thanks Right Lane Consulting for their support. CHIA members receive a discounted rate throughout the onsale period. As in previous years CHIA receives a donation from the event to support its advocacy work for the community housing sector.
