  • Joanna Jagger spent years behind a prep table before she ever sat at a board table. Our founder and Executive Director of WORTH Association will spice up Cooks Camp today with her session on gender inclusivity in the culinary world. Joanna will serve up a mix of myths and facts about Canadian women in culinary roles, challenge participants to take a fresh look at workplace inclusivity and share actionable strategies for fostering gender equity. This year’s Cooks Camp, presented by the Chefs' Table Society of BC, is the perfect blend of hands-on learning, real-time demos, and interactive workshops in the rustic setting of North Arm Farm. Best wishes to all participants enjoying the day at North Arm Farm in Pemberton.
