  • We thought we would have a little fun and share our own Moms at Work 2024 Wrapped! Which slide is your favourite? I'm partial to 3.2 million dollars in salary increases for Collective members. 💅 That's a lot of money in women's pockets. 💰 No matter how you showed up for Moms at Work in 2024, whether that's following us on LinkedIn or being a member of the Collective, we are just so happy you are here. 💕

There is a person behind every social media account. There is a person on the other end of that email you are sending. A human being with a family, struggles and a bad day. A human who has experienced loss, got yelled at by their dad who they just had to move into long term care, has lost their job and is stressed and scared. Often the strongest/bravest/most inspiring people have the most going on. Just because they hide it better doesn't mean they don't struggle. This is why at Moms at Work I back my team EVERY SINGLE TIME. No one gets to come into our inbox and yell at my people. No one gets to come at us online - we will block you and delete you. But I realized if other women come at us...the organization that is trying it's hardest to support you. What are these people doing to waitresses, nurses, teachers? So when I talk about change and you feel like you can't do anything. You ABSOLUTLEY can. You can not be that person. You can walk away. You can intervene when you see it happening. The world can and will be a better place because of it.
