We wanted to test just how accurate our AI Resume Review product could be, so we ran our models against roles our customers previously hired for to see just how accurately we could score candidates they've actioned on. The results were pretty interesting. Sharing some below. ✅ Advanced candidates scored 12% higher, at minimum, above those who were rejected. ↔️ The largest delta was a 62% difference in scoring, from advanced vs. rejected candidates. 🏆 Candidates that received offers ranked in the top 20th percentile for each role, with some ranking in the top 5% One important thing to consider, is that the scores are based largely on quality of candidates applying to the job and company. Other important metrics to consider: * Avg. number of applicants per job equaled 1.8k, min. of 200, max of 3500. I began considering how networks could help repurpose those sunk costs and tinkered with different concepts of qualifying talent signals, using AI to enrich and connect everything. Ultimately, with the end goal of creating a product that helps you do more with less.
