2024 in Review: A Note from Us to You As we approach the end of 2024, we reflect on a year of significant milestones and growth for both Nestaway and The HelloWorld. This note is our way of expressing gratitude and sharing our story with you—our valued community, partners, and supporters. What 2024 Looked Like for Us: 🔹 Expanding Our Reach: We helped 40K+ tenants find their perfect nests and partnered with property owners to rent out 8K+ homes across 19 cities, addressing urban housing needs while simplifying the rental experience. 🔹 Enhanced Services: We introduced a range of services, from home interiors to deep cleaning, and completed 6K+ projects to make a house truly feel like home away from home. 🔹 Short Stays, Big Impact: HelloWorld introduced short-stay options from Oct '24, keeping in mind that even for shorter durations, residents should feel a sense of belonging, and the 1K+ people who stayed with us this year agreed. 🔹 A Focus on Community: Through 40+ community events crafted exclusively for tenants, we brought neighbourhoods together. With 2K+ tenants participating and enjoying these moments, we emphasised that nests are about people and the communities they build. 🔹 New Beginnings: While we’ve achieved a lot this year, we’re quietly laying the groundwork for something even bigger in 2025. 2024 wouldn’t have been possible without the trust of our tenants, property owners, partners, and people of Nestaway and HelloWorld. Aurum PropTech's H1 FY25 results-https://lnkd.in/g6VjGrY5 highlighted strong growth in the Rental segment and resilience in the Distribution and Capital business segments. 📌 Key Achievements of H1 FY25: • Total Income → INR 136.7 crores, 30% YoY growth • EBITDA → 2,050 BPS YoY improvement • Adjusted EBITDA → 2,360 BPS YoY improvement • PBT → 2,600 BPS YoY improvement Our Integrated PropTech Ecosystem: 1.⁠ ⁠The Rental segment achieved 32% growth, driven by expanded offerings and increased wallet share.
