OBO's new Director Patricia Lacina is hitting the ground running! 🌍✈️ Last month, Director Lacina and Senior Advisor Moser visited Tri-Mission Brussels to see OBO’s impactful projects firsthand. Their tour included updates at the U.S. Embassy Brussels, the United States Mission to the European Union (USEU) downtown embassy, and the U.S. Mission to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (USNATO) offices at NATO headquarters. A highlight of the trip was meeting with Brussels facilities staff, who shared updates on the floor-by-floor refresh of the Joint Administrative Services building—an impressive effort funded by the Minor Construction and Improvement program in 2023 and 2024. Director Lacina and SA Moser also took the opportunity to engage with key partners: sharing coffee and conversation with Deputy Chief of Mission Tim Richardson at Whitlock Hall and attending a dinner hosted by USEU Deputy Chief of Mission Norman Thatcher Scharpf at the newly acquired DCM Residence. #buildingdiplomacy #stateOBO #Leadership #GlobalImpact #OBOProjects #TriMissionBrussels #DiplomacyInAction U.S. Department of State
