Over a year of struggles around housing, it’s been inspiring to work on "Awesome and Affordable: Great Housing Now!," about 12+ high quality, low-income residential complexes, created in LA by dedicated developers, designers, builders, service providers, housing advocates, and residents. Link here: https://shorturl.at/OkRr0. A+A was made possible by Friends Of Residential Treasures: Los Angeles (FORT: LA) and Russell Brown. Also, this past year I explored backyard ADUs that are breaking out of the box, and new housing on Lincoln Blvd that is reshaping LA’s famed “Autopia.” That’s in "Of The Moment," published by Stray Dog Cafe and A+D Architecture and Design Museum>Los Angeles. Link here: https://shorturl.at/GvAoo Check them out, and follow FORT: LA and me next year when we explore how people are living their “Golden Years in the Golden State,” among many other residential stories for 2025. Thank you and Happy New Year to you all! #housing #architecture #development #nonprofits #california #losangeles #home #residential #treasures ben warwas Bell Design Group @ShinShin Warren Techentin Architecture [WTARCH] #jaredbrunk Casey S Hughes
