Cheers to 2024! 🎉 As we close 2024, we wanted to take some time to reflect on all that we’ve accomplished together in the past year. Together we: ❤️ Grew the DSN to +4,900 network members, all connected by a desire to improve government service delivery and better meet the needs and expectations of people who use them. 💡 Published 27 new research, tools, and stories featuring governments and promising practices from across the government digital service delivery landscape. 🌟 Hosted four events with +2,300 attendees to elevate and share ideas and exciting work 💬 Convened two communities of practice with +300 members to support government practitioners in peer-to-peer sharing, connecting, and learning. 🚀 Launched the Digital Government Hub in collaboration with the Digital Benefits Network and APHSA -- American Public Human Services Association, which now has +1,300 resources and examples from across the ecosystem. 🌟 Dive into more metrics, highlights, and more in our 2024 Year in Review! ➡️ https://lnkd.in/e2HiaFNZ 📣 We wish you were here! In the judicial system, compassionate UX design isn’t just a nice thing to do for litigants — it improves accuracy, saves time and money, and reduces trauma and emotional burden for both community members and court staff.
