USDC Design Fellow Jina Ryu supported the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)'s Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) in their mission to create a better customer experience for veterans and their families so that they can receive the benefits they’ve earned. As part of her work, Jina led the redesign of VA Form 21-0781, used by Veterans with mental health conditions to provide additional information in support of their disability claim. Using trauma-informed design, the newly designed form is easier and faster to fill out and compassionately handles sensitive subject matter. Learn more here: https://lnkd.in/eHd3bunf
