This week is National Inclusion Week… Being a global association made up of vast communities, cultures, backgrounds and perspectives, we understand the importance of equity, diversity and inclusion. We recognise that it is our collective diversity that makes us a strong association and we continue to strive to ensure that everyone within the association is respected and valued. In the coming months and into 2025, inclusivity is one of the areas in which Morison, working alongside its members, will be building and developing various initiatives and we look forward to rolling these out. Celebrating National Inclusion Week! Founded by Inclusive Employers, National Inclusion Week (NIW) is a week dedicated to celebrating inclusion and taking action to create inclusive workplaces. This year the UK Diversity and Inclusion and Learning Teams will be hosting 5 sessions to employees across the week – open to all. We’re lucky to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable DEI team, as well as brilliantly engaged employee networks. Our colleagues are constantly working to open more networks and have more members join.
