It’s National Inclusion week! National Inclusion Week is all about celebrating inclusion and taking steps to build more inclusive workplaces. We’ve already made great progress on our journey and this year’s theme, Impact Matters, is the perfect opportunity to showcase to our teams how inclusion has made a positive difference for all of us. Throughout the week we will be sharing resources and stories with our colleagues and encouraging our teams to get involved and celebrate ways they have made an impact. This week is National Inclusion Week… Being a global association made up of vast communities, cultures, backgrounds and perspectives, we understand the importance of equity, diversity and inclusion. Celebrating National Inclusion Week! Founded by Inclusive Employers, National Inclusion Week (NIW) is a week dedicated to celebrating inclusion and taking action to create inclusive workplaces. This year the UK Diversity and Inclusion and Learning Teams will be hosting 5 sessions to employees across the week – open to all. We’re lucky to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable DEI team, as well as brilliantly engaged employee networks. Our colleagues are constantly working to open more networks and have more members join. We are half way through National Inclusion Week. This year's theme is Impact Matters, a clear reminder of the importance of acknowledging (and measuring) the impact of your actions towards building a more inclusive workplace.
