When you join the automotive industry, you expect to sell cars, fix cars, or manage the business. What you don’t always expect is how tight-knit and supportive this community is. One of our team members shared this reflection: "When I started, I thought of it as just a job—not even a long-term career opportunity. But the sheer amount of time spent with your sales or service team creates bonds of trust, friendship, and love that last a lifetime. To this day, my very best friends are those I met at the dealership. One of them, a co-worker of nine years, was the maid of honor at my wedding. Automotive truly is a family." At DriveHRIS, this deep connection to the automotive world is part of who we are. Many of us started our careers in dealerships, which means we understand the unique challenges, opportunities, and relationships that shape this industry. We’ve built DriveHRIS to help dealerships not only run smoother but also create workplaces that foster those same bonds—where teams feel supported, valued, and ready to succeed together. Because at the end of the day, automotive isn’t just an industry. It’s a family. #DriveHRIS #AutomotiveHR #DealershipLife #AutomotiveCommunity #HRTech

This week I move into my third year at Carvansons. So I thought I’d take some time to reflect on what I’ve learned 1. Change is hard At Carvansons we’ve been through some major changes of late. New software, new machinery, new staff. All of this change comes at a cost. Obviously, there's a financial cost. But the cost of onboarding, training, cultural change, all make it even harder. We are starting to see the other side of these changes but it has by no mean feat been a challenge. 2. Review and Reflect I recently took a look through some of the stats from when I first started at Carvansons - Fragrance Creation. Web traffic has steadily grown (6 times the amount compared to when I started – in case you want the stats), our visibility as a business has grown due to partnerships with East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce (Debbi Dawson) and Department for Business and Trade (Liz Collier) and our enquiries and business growth opportunities have never been higher. Sometimes it is easy to forget where you started from and the gains that have been made. 3. Future Focused After reflecting on the past it would be easy to think that my job here is done. Wrong. There is still so much left to do. More accurate data reporting and evaluation is top of the list, closely followed by improving our customer experience and gaining a better understanding of our customers. There are some very exciting plans on the horizon, which will test my marketing skill (and probably my patience!!) But I’m ready for the challenge. 4. People Matter I have been incredibly fortunate whilst at Carvansons to be surrounded by passionate and wonderful people, who make every day different. Cheers to 3 Years! #3years #WorkAnniversary #TeamCarvansons

Incorporating sport and movement during work hours benefits more than just employee well-being and health, which is in the center of what we do in CC PADEL. Studies show that physical activity in the workplace can reduce sick leave by up to 29%, boost productivity by 6%, strengthen social capital, and even generate financial gains, as writen by Mette Mandrup & Dansk Firmaidræt Thank you Søren Willeberg for sharing these valuable insights! Caroline Korsaa Andersen Casper Hemmingsen

Driving success with the power of teamwork! 🚛✨ Every day, I am reminded of the incredible power of collaboration in the logistics industry. As someone who’s worked alongside some of the most dedicated and passionate professionals in this field, I’ve seen firsthand how teamwork transforms the complex process of logistics into a well-oiled machine. It’s not just about moving shipments from point A to B; it’s about the unity and commitment of every person involved that makes each delivery possible. Behind each successful delivery is a team working tirelessly around the clock to ensure smooth, seamless operations. Whether it’s the drivers who brave long hours on the road, the dispatchers who coordinate routes, or the warehouse staff who ensure every item is handled with care – each role is vital and plays a significant part in the bigger picture. At MPact Logistics, we recognize that our strength lies in the dedication of our team. 💪 The logistics industry is fast-paced and demanding, and unexpected challenges are part of the job. But what truly sets us apart is how our team comes together in those moments – solving problems on the fly, staying calm under pressure, and going the extra mile to ensure that our customers get what they need, when they need it. I remember one instance where a driver was stuck in adverse weather, and instead of panicking, our team rallied together, adjusted routes, and ensured the shipment reached the destination with minimal delay. It’s moments like these that reinforce the importance of having a team that can rely on each other. Every role, every individual effort counts. 🙌 Let’s take a moment to recognize and appreciate the hardworking hands behind the wheels and the brains behind the operations. 🧠💼 These are the unsung heroes who ensure that everything arrives on time, every time, no matter the obstacles. In logistics, success truly is a team sport. Here’s to the incredible people who make it happen every day! 🌟 #LogisticsHeroes #Teamwork #MPactLogistics #SupplyChain #TransportSuccess #BehindTheScenes #LogisticsLife #OnTheRoad #Collaboration #Dedication 💬 What’s a memorable experience you’ve had with your logistics team? Let’s share and celebrate the spirit of teamwork in the comments!

Building Stronger Teams by Empowering Drivers. Involving drivers in key decision-making processes not only boosts retention but also enhances overall performance. Drivers bring invaluable road experience and practical insights that can lead to smarter, safer, and more efficient operations. When drivers feel empowered to contribute, it fosters a sense of pride and ownership over their work. This improves job satisfaction, strengthens company loyalty, and ultimately reduces turnover. At Hello Retention, LLC, we are dedicated to helping trucking and logistics companies implement strategies that encourage driver involvement and create a thriving, supportive work environment. Let’s work together to build a culture where drivers feel heard and appreciated. #DriverRetention #TruckingSuccess #TruckingCommunity #HelloRetention #LeadershipInTrucking #DriverInvolvement
