I love our engagement activities at Dechcept Over time, we have developed and implemented various sessions that have automated our active participation. 1) We hold monthly team meetings to review the previous month's performance and celebrate achievements together. This reinforces a sense of teamwork and accomplishment. 2) Festival celebrations are organized by rotating teams, fostering accountability and team spirit among employees. 3) We encourage regular creative rejuvenation with quarterly breaks from routine work. This helps the tribe stay inspired and avoid burnout. 4) Our "Dechcept Monthly Awards" program acknowledges and appreciates individual contributions every month.
