Operating with Excellence: Meet Lane, our Director of Operations and Maintenance. 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 Lane and the operations team keep our projects running in optimal condition. At the core of Lane’s responsibilities is to maximize production capacity and achieve our effective availability goals. This means ensuring that if something can run, it does. Each site is complex with many moving parts to manage. This presents challenges – but the challenge is what Lane enjoys the most. From troubleshooting equipment on-site and monitoring the operations center to spearheading business development and managing contracts, Lane effortlessly navigates between the office and the field, stepping in wherever needed. 𝗔 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 Lane started with our company is a field technician five years ago. After three and a half years in the field, he transitioned to a more balanced role, splitting his time between the field and the office. In his current role, Lane appreciates the constant challenge of operating sites and managing operations – it keeps him on his toes! 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮 𝗷𝗼𝗯 For Lane, hep solar is more than just a job; it's a thriving community. He learned about our company through existing connections with several employees. The more he learned about our company, the more he appreciated the potential for personal and professional growth. Now that he’s here, the culture has lived up to expectations. 🎉 Celebrating 6 Months at Green Infrastructure Partners !! 🎉 A few days ago, I hit an exciting milestone – 6 months as a QC Lab Technician at Green Infrastructure Partners! It feels like just yesterday when I started, and to mark this moment, my hard hat color officially changed from yellow to neon green. A small but meaningful symbol of growth and progress! 🛠️ In these 6 months, I've had the opportunity to learn and grow in ways I never expected. From testing asphalt and aggregates to understanding the nuances of quality control, here's a glimpse of what I've learned: ✅ Hands-on testing: Gaining practical experience in the lab, working with different materials, and ensuring the highest quality standards. ✅ Precision & Accuracy: Understanding the importance of every detail in QC processes and how small things can make a big difference. ✅ Problem-solving: Troubleshooting issues in real-time and developing solutions to ensure project timelines are met. ✅ Teamwork: Collaborating closely with talented and dedicated colleagues to achieve common goals. I am incredibly fortunate to be part of a team where our manager and supervisor treat everyone like family.
