  • Although weeks have passed since Hurricane Helene swept through, the recovery is just beginning. With many families in western North Carolina still in need, including the family of one of our own, the hep solar team came together to help. We traveled to Banner Elk to connect generators to the electrical panels of homes that had been without power for weeks, restoring running water, heat, and electricity to nearly a dozen families. Another group cleared fallen trees and turned them into firewood to help residents stay warm as temperatures begin to drop. There is still along road ahead and our team is committed to supporting western North Carolina as the resilient community rebuilds in the coming months. #hepsolar #thereisnoplanetb #westernNC

  • We recently came together with our partners at EnergyUnited to celebrate the commissioning of the Perendale Solar Farm. This achievement was made possible through the strong collaboration and shared vision of EnergyUnited, Davie County leadership, landowners, and other key stakeholders. hep solar takes pride in building and operating a project that will provide clean, renewable energy to Davie County homes for years to come, and we look forward to continuing our positive impact in the region. #thereisnoplanetb #hepsolar #solar #renewableenergy

  • 🌍 With the sun in the heart from Europe to Africa hep solar, the specialist for the development, construction and operation of solar parks worldwide, is continuing its commitment to Burkina Faso in West Africa with its second solar project at the Burkina Faso Institute of Technology. 108 newly installed solar modules bring light into the darkness and ensure the self-sufficient energy supply of the student halls of residence. 💡 "Access to a reliable power supply is enormously important, especially for economic development, education and health care in Burkina Faso, as the power grid is very unstable and the population is affected by several power outages every day," emphasizes Matthias Hamann, Chief Technical Officer of hep solar, who ensured the implementation on site with a four-person team from Germany. 🌞🔌 Our team, in collaboration with Stern Stewart Institute, ET Solar and S-Rack, who provided the necessary components free of charge, developed an autonomous, off-grid system for the BIT students. Despite some challenges, we made it! Together we are paving the way for a better future in Burkina Faso. Thanks again to Stern Stewart & Co. for another great cooperation as well as to @ET Solar and S-Rack Australia for providing the modules and the mounting systems! To ensure that our second project - the solar system at the BIT - always runs optimally, we monitor our project from Güglingen. Our remote monitoring guarantees a stable energy supply for the university's students. We bridge distances and bring light to where it is needed most! 🌞 hep solar would like to continue to support the university in the future, Hamann gives an outlook: "We plan to expand this system with another storage system and more solar modules in the future." Follow us! We will keep you up to date.

Folgt uns! Wir halten euch auf dem Laufenden.
