"What was the key to success I wish I discovered sooner?" Source: https://lnkd.in/g_KaEXpS "What is the key to business success? Building a strong team from the start! #SuccessTips #TeamBuilding Hey everyone, Are you struggling to handle everything on your own as a founder? Trust me, I've been there. Working crazy hours, falling behind, and not doing a great job at anything. But I learned a valuable lesson - building a team is crucial from day one. Here's what I wish I did sooner: 1. Delegate to the right people: Don't try to do it all yourself. Find talented individuals who can help you succeed. 2. Focus on your strengths: Let your team handle tasks that aren't your forte, so you can excel in what you're good at. 3. Prioritize team building: Don't wait too long to build your dream team. Start early and watch your business thrive. Don't make the same mistake I did. Build a team early and set yourself up for success. Your future self will thank you! #BusinessSuccess #EntrepreneurTips"

"I'm nervous about how big this could go so quickly" A quote from a client last night. Not a bad problem to have, hey? To go from "broke" to worry about how you are going to handle all of the demand. And the best part about this is that we've helped this client set her business up right from the start, so that there actually never will be a case of overwhelm. Once you get a lot of prospects knocking on your door it shows that it's time to scale. And there are two ways to do that. 1. Build a team 2. Raise your prices We favour the latter because we like to operate a simple business, with very few moving parts or people to manage. Plus we know that we (the original coach) are the secret sauce. Bringing other people in is only going to dilute that. You are getting more prospects because you are becoming more valuable. So it's very reasonable to raise your prices, and work with the most committed clients who are capable and willing to take on your growing expertise. And when you are first starting out and you bring on that first client, there can be a temptation to throw all of your time at them, throw all of your knowledge at them. Your excited. You're eager to succeed. But this is where business principles and standards come in. Your business model needs to be sustainable. It needs to have growth built in. You need to leverage technology and systems to minimise your time wasted and maximise your coaching capacity. It needs to be planned and intentional. If you get this right then you can grow your business exponentially without ever getting overwhelmed.

I often struggles to find reliable team members. As an Entrepreneur, one of the biggest challenges is NOT just finding clients. But finding team members who are reliable and deliver what they promise. The struggle intensifies when you become dependent on them and then have to let them go. It's a tough balance between supporting their growth and maintaining control over your projects. I’ve faced this issue head-on. As a founder, I’ve had a hard time letting go of team members. I would find great people, become dependent on them, And then struggle when they decided to move on. It was a constant battle between my attachment to their skills and my understanding that they needed to grow and explore new opportunities. To tackle this : I’ve started being more mindful about how I work with my team. I offer them GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES to keep them engaged and try to create an environment where they want to stay. However, I also ensure my business doesn't suffer if they decide to leave. Setting up processes and systems like : ↳ NOTICE PERIOD and ↳ STRUCTURED HANDOVER PERIOD has helped ensure smooth transitions and maintained my peace of mind. Share your approach on how do you handle team transitions in your business? #BusinessGrowth #TeamManagement
