#SHRMCP #ExamSuccess #CelebrateYourWins Hey everyone! 🎉 I just had to share this moment because, honestly, I was super surprised to find out that I passed my SHRM-CP! 😮 Here’s a little backstory: I’m currently diving into my M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology, and I’ve got a bit of internship experience, but that’s pretty much it when it comes to professional know-how. 🤷♀️ To prep for the exam, I mainly used PocketPrep and the SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP All-In-One Exam Guide since they come highly recommended. But guess what? I ended up procrastinating and only really buckling down to study in the week leading up to the exam, logging a measly 10 hours max. Yikes! 😅 Throughout my study sessions, I was consistently scoring around 60% on PocketPrep, which was a major downer.
