As product managers, we juggle a lot—strategizing, crafting user stories, writing PRDs, and conducting customer discovery. But one task that always seemed to take endless hours was analyzing user feedback from surveys and other channels. Feedback is gold—it helps us understand user pain points and iterate effectively. Yet with so much on our plates, this critical task often felt overwhelming. That’s when I decided to build a feedback analyzer tool using Replit. Now, what used to take hours gets done in seconds! This tool has not only made feedback analysis faster but also freed up my time to focus on more strategic tasks. AI tools are truly game-changers for our field. As Amjad Masad and Aman Khan mentioned on Lenny Rachitsky's podcast, AI can help you build MVPs, test markets, and enhance your efficiency in ways we couldn’t have imagined before. How are you leveraging AI tools in your workflow?
This is hands down, the most exciting development for PMs in the AI world. I am really looking forward to being in an environment where I can use tools like this someday soon. Total game changer!

1moMatiksha Bhatia AI is remarkable in many ways. I primarily use it for working with text, generating demo code, and finding straightforward technical solutions. However, AI can also be deceptive. It has a tendency to “invent” things. It fabricated environment variables and non-existent code instructions in my work lately. While it’s tempting to rely on AI for everything, it’s important to remember that doing so can be risky.
