Today, Dr. Norma Gomez- Echandy and I had the opportunity to develop teambuilding skills using the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology 🧩 for the SHRM UPRM Association. Alot of enriching information for this dynamic team!! A big thank you to them for having us. LEGO® Serious Play® is an innovative tool that fosters reflection and dialogue, allowing participants to express ideas 💡 through physical models. It goes along with our of motto lf 'learning by doing' which is fostered in our book- Armando el Rompecabezas: 100 ejercicios para fomentar la creatividad y el emprendimiento.

It’s not always easy to address the challenges that come up when collaborating in multicultural teams. How do we address some of the intangible obstacles that can hinder progress? This was one of the questions on my mind when I designed my latest workshop. Using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, we were able to explore the role that seeking help plays in the way we work together. The use of metaphors allowed us to express ideas and feelings that aren't always easily communicated in regular conversations. Encouraging employees to ask for help is a great first step, but it's not enough. We must establish a relationship with our colleagues that allows us to confidently say, “hey, can you help me out here?”. Seeking help must be clearly defined within our teams. When we do reach out, we should establish consensus around the meaning we attribute to asking for help. Is it a sign of resourcefulness or a last resort when we fall short? To build high-performing teams, we must look beyond strengthening the individual parts and focus on how much we can achieve when we really come together. I want to give a big shoutout to our Finance Team @ flatexDEGIRO for being so open and collaborative during this workshop. Thank you for your participation! #LEGOSERIOUSPLAY Dr. Thomas Lindner Niklas Grimm Thomas Windisch Dennis Tilanus RA Marina Varbanova Christiane Geißler Benjamin Kim Berna Sertel

The real journey starts when you come back home . 🙏 Unpacking and processing every experience and every encounter.💙 This journey not only gave me the opportunity to meet amazing people and travel with a great friend but it was a great moment for reflection. We live once and staying in a place or a job that doesn’t fulfil you and doesn’t value is pointless … so change is needed to enable progress. This is the year of change (soon) and finally use my creativity in better places 😍 and where it is valued and nurtured. If you are a creative, remember to protect your creativity … it is your most precious asset. It is what brings innovation and growth to companies … so make sure people don’t box it for their personal gains. You are a creative you are not meant to be in a box ! (Unless is a LEGO box full of colorful bricks !) 😍 Thank you Senegal for showing me the way 🚀 Ps: waiting for a 1 am flight ! What to do ? I donated my LEGO bricks 😅

We are on a mission to make it easier for teams to improve continuously based on evidence, shared sense-making, and scientific research. 🚀 For this reason, we developed Columinigy. It’s your evidence-based companion for continuous improvement. Highlighting performance patterns on multiple levels and illuminating how to move forward. By now, 10,000+ teams from hundreds of organizations have used our tool. Mind-boggling numbers! 🤯 In close collaboration with many teams, we learned what works best to get things up and running. As the saying goes, a good start is half the work! Here's the onboarding process we recommend when using our tool: ✅ Step 1: Study the research, material, and the tool itself ✅ Step 2: Explore the core principles to ensure ethical use ✅ Step 3: Facilitate a kickoff with the team(s), stakeholders, and supporters ✅ Step 4: Inspect the results and identify improvements ✅ Step 5: Develop strategies to increase team(s) effectiveness For each step, we designed a DIY workshop, which contains a step-by-step explanation of how to run the workshops. For the LEGO Group, we already completed the first 4 steps as a series of online workshops. Recently, we spent 2 hours jointly inspecting the data shown in our demo environment. As such, everyone got a more detailed understanding of how to run diagnosis workshops themselves. 🧐 It proved to be a valuable experience, and I'm very much looking forward to supporting them in taking the next steps of their continuous improvement journey! If you're interested in trying Columinity yourself, check: 👉 http://bit.ly/2Pth7gu Always feel free to reach out for more information. We're happy to support you! ❤️

📊 How to turn theory into practice with business games 🎮 In the world of education and learning, the transition from theory to practice can be a challenge. That's where business games come in: powerful tools that combine experiential learning and simulations to turn complex concepts into hands-on experiences. 🔄 Based on Kolb's learning cycle, business games allow you to immerse yourself in a simulated context, experimenting with strategic and managerial decisions in a safe environment. An excellent example is The Fresh Connection, which simulates supply chain management, providing a real opportunity to align marketing, sales, and operations decisions. Through business games, every mistake becomes a valuable lesson and every success a springboard to improve one's skills. Perfect for companies that want to prepare their teams to make critical decisions in real-world scenarios. 👉 Experiential learning has never been so engaging! #BusinessGame #ExperientialLearning #Kolb #TheFreshConnection #SupplyChain #LearningByDoing #Formazione #JPS
#BusinessGame #ExperientialLearning #Kolb #TheFreshConnection #SupplyChain #LearningByDoing #Formazione #JPS

"I have a passion for sharing knowledge and information, especially in the areas of simplifying IT systems for end-users. Outside of the office, you'll find him nurturing his garden or casting a line into waters. 🤔 What's one thing about Eustace that might surprise you? Creating a business from scratch is one of the biggest challenges and most rewarding experiences of my professional life. Here I share a little about my journey so far.
This video shares a bit about the journey of More Than Style. Starting a business from scratch isn't for the faint of heart. It's been a nearly three-year process of trying, learning, pivoting, and growing. My services have evolved significantly, and I'm proud of how far More Than Style has come. Now, I'm in a phase of refinement—perfecting the details, honing my craft, and continuing to learn every step of the way. The evolution never stops, and I’m excited to see what’s next. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey with me!

READING THIS BOOK HAS CHANGED MY LIFE, IT MIGHT CHANGE YOURS TOO. Last Summer, I met Marc Zao-Sanders for the first time. We spent hours talking, and Marc shared many thoughts on his coming book about timeboxing. Timeboxing is, in Marc's own words, the method and mindset of "Selecting what to do, before the day's distractions arise; specifying each task in a calendar, including when it will start and finish; focusing on one thing at a time; doing each to an acceptable (rather than perfect) standard." Marc was kind enough to send me a version of the book, and I've spent the last three months reading about and practicing timeboxing. These are my findings: 1. I've become more efficient 2. I worry less 3. I am mentally more off in my spare time 4. I find a lot more joy in the activities I engage in because I engage with intention and full focus If you are to read one book this year, this is the one! And for the record: I sent Marc a book in return for his, so this review is non-biased. I'm writing this because I firmly believe you should read this book. Thank you for writing it, Marc

🌟 In yesterday's insightful webinar, Coaching the Client Team as a Single Entity, we explored practical strategies for observing and coaching a team as one cohesive unit. 🔑 A key takeaway was that Team Coaching is about being in the “here and now,” fully present, observing, recognizing, and interpreting team dynamics, behaviors, and communication patterns. By focusing on the team as a single entity 👥 rather than just a group of individuals, we can address collective patterns that emerge—whether they’re productive or challenging—and work toward fostering healthier, more effective team interactions 💡. 🛠️ Understanding these patterns allows us to identify areas of growth and improvement, helping teams navigate challenges together 🤝 while staying aligned with their shared goals 🎯. Thank you to everyone who joined us! If you have questions or suggestions, I’m happy to receive them on the TEAM IN 3 STEPS page or directly to me, Massimo Fancellu. ☀
