We are on a mission to make it easier for teams to improve continuously based on evidence, shared sense-making, and scientific research. 🚀 For this reason, we developed Columinigy. It’s your evidence-based companion for continuous improvement. Highlighting performance patterns on multiple levels and illuminating how to move forward. By now, 10,000+ teams from hundreds of organizations have used our tool. Mind-boggling numbers! 🤯 In close collaboration with many teams, we learned what works best to get things up and running. As the saying goes, a good start is half the work! Here's the onboarding process we recommend when using our tool: ✅ Step 1: Study the research, material, and the tool itself ✅ Step 2: Explore the core principles to ensure ethical use ✅ Step 3: Facilitate a kickoff with the team(s), stakeholders, and supporters ✅ Step 4: Inspect the results and identify improvements ✅ Step 5: Develop strategies to increase team(s) effectiveness For each step, we designed a DIY workshop, which contains a step-by-step explanation of how to run the workshops. For the LEGO Group, we already completed the first 4 steps as a series of online workshops. Recently, we spent 2 hours jointly inspecting the data shown in our demo environment. As such, everyone got a more detailed understanding of how to run diagnosis workshops themselves. 🧐 It proved to be a valuable experience, and I'm very much looking forward to supporting them in taking the next steps of their continuous improvement journey! If you're interested in trying Columinity yourself, check: 👉 http://bit.ly/2Pth7gu Always feel free to reach out for more information. We're happy to support you! ❤️

It’s not always easy to address the challenges that come up when collaborating in multicultural teams. How do we address some of the intangible obstacles that can hinder progress? This was one of the questions on my mind when I designed my latest workshop. Using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, we were able to explore the role that seeking help plays in the way we work together. The use of metaphors allowed us to express ideas and feelings that aren't always easily communicated in regular conversations. Encouraging employees to ask for help is a great first step, but it's not enough. We must establish a relationship with our colleagues that allows us to confidently say, “hey, can you help me out here?”. Seeking help must be clearly defined within our teams. When we do reach out, we should establish consensus around the meaning we attribute to asking for help. Is it a sign of resourcefulness or a last resort when we fall short? To build high-performing teams, we must look beyond strengthening the individual parts and focus on how much we can achieve when we really come together. I want to give a big shoutout to our Finance Team @ flatexDEGIRO for being so open and collaborative during this workshop. Thank you for your participation! #LEGOSERIOUSPLAY Dr. Thomas Lindner Niklas Grimm Thomas Windisch Dennis Tilanus RA Marina Varbanova Christiane Geißler Benjamin Kim Berna Sertel

Alot of enriching information for this dynamic team!! A big thank you to them for having us. 🌟 Welcoming Eustace D'Mello to the Team! 🌟 🚀 We're thrilled to introduce our newest member, Eustace, to the team! With a wealth of experience and a passion for instructional design, Eustace brings unique perspectives. 🎯 What drew Eustace to instructional design? "I have a passion for sharing knowledge and information, especially in the areas of simplifying IT systems for end-users. Before delving into e-Learning Design and Development, I spent many years delivering Instructor-Led training. This transition was driven by the realization that eLearning offers a way to deliver quality and cost-effective training. I firmly believe that the future of learning is through devices as small as smartphones." 💡 Eustace isn't just about work – he's also an avid gardener and fisherman! Outside of the office, you'll find him nurturing his garden or casting a line into waters. 🤔 What's one thing about Eustace that might surprise you? "This is a difficult one, I would like to think it is my age." Not a difficult one in our opinion, Eustace is very youthful! 🎣 Join us in extending a warm welcome to Eustace as he embarks on this exciting journey with us! #businessgrowth #employeeskills #peopledevelopment

Creating a business from scratch is one of the biggest challenges and most rewarding experiences of my professional life. Here I share a little about my journey so far.
This video shares a bit about the journey of More Than Style. Starting a business from scratch isn't for the faint of heart. It's been a nearly three-year process of trying, learning, pivoting, and growing. My services have evolved significantly, and I'm proud of how far More Than Style has come. Now, I'm in a phase of refinement—perfecting the details, honing my craft, and continuing to learn every step of the way. The evolution never stops, and I’m excited to see what’s next. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey with me!

And a day comes where you keep doing things with passion and from the heart and "ta-da"! Exactly 6 months ago I've decided to get myself out there. Created an youtube channel, started networking and meeting new people. Today, besides the pride and the gratitude to all the people I've met in this journey I want to share that I'm shifting gears into a new path. The talk: "Let's PLAY! How you can leverage Gamification for engagement, retention or acquisition", combines my years of studying and working with Gamification in a 1 hour interactive session that I'm making it available, FREE, for all companies that are still struggling with it. So yes, if you are in a company where this word is being tossed around a lot but isn't quite sure if you know where you are heading, this talk can definitely help you. So comment LET'S PLAY, and I'll DM you to schedule it. (available in Portuguese or English). And off course, a big thank you and appreciation to the DMK Tribe and Jhamile Abuabara for trusting in me and opening their space for the debut of this talk =)

🎮 After hearing so much buzz about Evivve - a game based learning tool, I finally got the chance to dive in and experience it firsthand. Here’s what stood out to me right from the start: 🕹️I began with the single-player version, which was a perfect introduction to the game’s mechanics. It gave me a solid grasp of the rules and allowed me to explore various strategies on my own, which built a good foundation for what was to come. 🕹️ The real highlight, however, was the live multiplayer session I joined afterward, alongside other L&D professionals. The collaborative nature of the game really shined here, as we worked together to achieve the game’s objectives. The dynamics of teamwork and problem-solving added a whole new layer of excitement to the experience! ✨✨✨ What impressed me the most about Evivve is its versatility - it’s not just a leadership game but a powerful tool that can be applied in a wide range of training scenarios. Whether you're focusing on #Collaboration, #Communication, #DecisionMaking, #ProblemSolving or #LeadershipDevelopment, Evivve provides an immersive and interactive environment to enhance those skills. It’s a fantastic addition to any L&D toolkit, and I’m excited to explore how it can be used in future training sessions! Thank you, Mohsin Memon, for facilitating the session! It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with and get to know more amazing L&D professionals: Anna Jayamanne, Aditya Gupta, Divyanshu Meshram, Hemakumar Govindaraj, Maya Mattar, Nick Drage, Ridhima Motwani Saini. As Nick brilliantly put it, we had an amazing lineup of talent in the room! #GameBasedLearning #Facilitation #LearningAndDevelopment
