How is building a knowledge base actually a deep dive into customer success? At InsiderCX we’ve been neck deep into a huge project lately — developing a detailed knowledge base aimed at addressing highly specific topics related to patient experience and feedback surveys. This project has been more than just compiling information from the get-go, but it morphed into an essential facet of our customer success management. Why? Because the feedback (pun intended) we got is that it’s a nicely structured base that actually helps platform users to self-serve, find quick answers, and stay engaged. On top of that, creating content for such a niche audience is a huge copywriting challenge. We’re speaking to healthcare professionals, tech-savvy readers, and industry experts who expect precision and clarity. The balance between being informative and not being overwhelming is tricky, and even more so when diving into topics like NPS alternatives, aftercare feedback, or the intricacies of feedback survey scales. The real challenge that’s still ahead is staying relevant and valuable while addressing these deeply specialized issues.
