The Linnhaven residents seized this opportunity, securing $26.3 million in loans and grants, and voting unanimously to move forward. Cities in California are losing jurisdictions for their housing plans revoked. As California addresses the housing crisis, they are encouraging most cities to rezone areas to allow for more density building to address the state housing crisis. What does this mean?
