Especially if you want to reinforce your company’s commitment to your core values. That’s why the new “Core Values Campaign” by Louis Vuitton caught my eye. As far as I can tell, it’s a marketing effort. But it has all the right elements to do so much more. · Two individuals with compelling backgrounds; · A challenge they face (in this case, a staged mountain climb); · A set of core values to guide their actions; · Their personal reflections on what they've learned. If you watch the video interview with Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal, you will probably be inspired by their character. That’s the point. Though the snow falling prodigiously on their heads is a little distracting. 😊 You don’t have to have “legends” like Roger and Raffa to accomplish this task. Neither do you have to stage a scene. Everyday, imperfect people in your organization can be powerful ambassadors for your company’s commitment to integrity.
