BIG NEWS!!! We are launching our GTM Certification Program today! Scroll down to see what it means, and keep reading if you want the details. SOME BACK STORY... When I started with GTM Partners (almost) 2 years ago, we were trying to figure out how to fix Go-to-Market. We had a mission and no product. We consulted with clients to help them with their Go-to-Market strategy and buy us time to find the products that the market needed to grow efficiently. To make our client engagements more turnkey and productive, we used our collective know-how and deep GTM research to develop tools and frameworks that would solve real Go-to-Market questions: 1. Who is our best audience? 2. Which products should we build? 3. How can I reach my audience, and do I have the right resources to do it? 4. How should I present my products to the marketplace? Do I have to create a category? Do I have a differentiated point of view? 4. How can I make my sales cycles shorter? Do I have the right salespeople? 5. How can I ensure my customers stay with me? 6. How do I improve NRR and get my customers to spend more? 7. What should Revops look like for a company our size? A product started to evolve through the development of these tools and frameworks. We tested, improved, and worked to make these processes turnkey for ourselves and launched them as tools in our research portal. While we produced explainers for the tools, our clients seemed to activate the solutions much more quickly when Bryan Brown, Sarah Allen-Short, and I walked them through the program. But we are only three people, and if we are going to fix Go-to-Market for all, we need scale. So here we are, two years old, and last quarter, we officially certified over 30 people on the GTM Operating System. Congrats to our first official certification cohort!
