Happy #WorldMentalHealthDay 10 Oct 2024 Theme: 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 In a world where technology is an integral part of work we need to have times to unplug and attend to family, self-care or other commitments. 𝐄𝐗𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐒: There should be a cut off time for work. Work should not be carried on at home or meetings being booked a few minutes before home time or a manager calling you at odd hours to discuss work. Let’s create workplaces conducive for good mental health. #𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐀𝐭𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤
