𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 This year’s theme is "𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝑴𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉." Whether you are working in an office, from home, or on-site, work plays a big role in our lives, and it can either lift us or take a toll on our mental health. It is time we break the stigma and start supporting each other by creating workplaces where it is okay to talk about mental health. Start by simply checking in with your friends, family, or colleagues today. Let us show that mental health matters; not just at work, but in every part of life. #WorldMentalHealthDay #MentalHealthMatters #WorkplaceWellbeing #endthestigmaofmentalhealth #TeaAndTalk #WeAreInThisTogether

During Men's Health Week, we emphasize the importance of supporting men's mental health in the workplace. Let's create environments where men feel encouraged to prioritize their mental well-being. Encouraging open dialogue and offering peer support groups can also make a significant difference. By addressing these needs, workplaces can help men feel more supported, understood, and valued, leading to improved mental health and a better quality of life. #MensHealthWeek #MentalHealthAwareness #SupportMensWellBeing

Last week, some members of the McLoughlin office team took the time to come together and discuss the vital importance of mental health in our workplace. We reaffirmed our commitment to supporting each other and the wider onsite team, recognising that everyone can face challenges that may not always be visible. As a team, we agreed to be proactive in looking out for one another. If anyone notices a colleague who seems a bit off or not quite themselves, we will make it a priority to check in and ask if they are okay. It’s essential that we create an environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing their struggles and seeking support. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and together, we can foster a culture of care and understanding. Let's continue to look out for each other and ensure that no one feels alone. 💚 #MentalHealthMatters #TeamSupport #Wellbeing

On World Mental Health Day, we’re reminded that mental well-being is more than a conversation once a year; it is an ongoing journey. In the workplace, this means creating an environment where people feel encouraged not just to perform but to be themselves, with all the challenges that life brings. That is why we’ve taken steps to ensure our team has access to the kind of support that reflects and respects their individual needs. Through our partnership with nilo.health, employees can seek guidance, find balance or simply take a moment to pause. Mental health isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. Our goal is to offer resources that allow each person to care for themselves in a way that feels right — quietly, confidently and without judgment. #WorldMentalHealthDay #MentalHealthMatters #Dennemeyer

On this #WorldMentalHealthDay, let's take a moment to prioritize our well-being. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and we can foster a supportive environment through small but meaningful steps. Whether through self-care, seeking support, or helping others, every action matters. Let’s keep moving toward a workplace where we genuinely support each other’s mental well-being. It’s not always easy, but small efforts lead to positive changes. By being there for one another, we can create a healthier, more balanced environment for everyone. #MentalWellBeing #SupportAtWork
