We're hiring! The building coordinator/administrative assistant is responsible for providing building reception and various administrative support functions to the Foundation as part of the operations team. Daily responsibilities include interacting with the public, Foundation staff, and building tenants. The role requires effective collaboration with all members of the executive and administrative teams, proper planning and prioritization of work, efficient completion of tasks and projects, as well as close attention to detail.
