On September 26, the Center for Real Estate and Mayo Center for Asset Management embarked on a two-day trek to DC/NOVA with nearly 30 students from various UVA colleges and schools, including UVA McIntire School of Commerce, University of Virginia Darden School of Business, University of Virginia College and Graduate School of Arts & Sciences, UVA Engineering, The University of Virginia School of Architecture, UVA School of Data Science, and University of Virginia Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy. Thank you to our phenomenal trek hosts: Brendan Sorem and JBG SMITH Chawn Jackson, Kurt Hesser, Yoon Park, IIDA, Jordan Williams, Kate Serenko, Michael Coyne, David Madrid, Hannah Reeves, Anand Joshi, and AvalonBay Communities Ben Eitan and the team at Clark Construction Group Matt Bonifant, Rich Ellis, and Boston Properties (BXP) ... and all of the incredible alumni who came out to network with our real estate students at the Thursday evening reception.
