⭐ TWENTY YEARS ⭐ In 2004, The Springs Living ventured into Montana, opening our very first community, The Springs at Missoula. Today, we’re celebrating 20 years of growth, service, and consistent quality. To the hundreds of residents and families who’ve been part of this journey, thank you for the privilege of serving you. Stepping into a new state felt like heading into the wild west, and Missoula embraced us wholeheartedly—allowing us to thrive. Here’s to the next 20 years of growth and vitality! Tune in at 6:00 p.m. MST on The Springs at Missoula page for our live stream and celebratory toast. We’d love for you to join us! #missoula #montana #seniorliving

The Springs at The Waterfront has officially received a 3-star certification from the Fitwel Certification System that measures occupant health and wellbeing. To achieve certification, the community was evaluated on more than 70 evidence-based design and operational strategies focusing on criteria like indoor air quality, lighting, access to green spaces, and employee wellness resources. This significant accomplishment confirms that this community has not only been designed to meet the health and wellness needs of residents, but it also supports them in living life to its fullest.

Nothing will replace the relationships and heartfelt interactions between the team and residents, but we are finding success in using today's technologies to free up the team to focus on the more important parts of their jobs: their bond with residents. For example, we've found artificial intelligence (AI) can be used to enhance resident programming in our communities. It has transformed some of our scenic tours into engaging interactive adventures. It creates augmented reality enhancements to resident magazines and brings community artwork to life (as demonstrated in the video). This makes the resident experience more immersive and accessible. #artificialintelligence #aiseniorliving #seniorliving #ai

⭐FIVE YEARS⭐ This week, The Springs at Lake Oswego in Oregon and The Springs at Bozeman in Montana celebrated their 5-year anniversaries. The world may feel different since December 2019, but our aspirational promise and pursuit of kindness, quality, trust, pride, and innovation remain paramount. We are proud of the resilient and hard-working teams for consistently delivering quality resident experiences. Here's hoping the next five years (and beyond) are even brighter! ⭐ #seniorliving #fiveyears #bozeman #lakeoswego

Before breaking ground on The Springs at The Waterfront, our design team worked with GBD Architects to bring the vision to life. In this video, GBD Interior Architect Chelsey Boreas explains how the community's design reflects the beautiful palette of the surrounding Pacific Northwest landscape. #vancouverwa #nextgenliving #interiordesign #architecture

Thank you to Harrison Street for recognizing us with its 2024 Senior Living ESG Leader Award for prioritizing resident and employee well-being through sustainable design, health and wellness certifications, and impactful employee development initiatives. We value partnerships with organizations that are dedicated to long-term relationships and join us in our values-based mission to change the way people experience senior living. #ESG stands for Environmental, Social, and Governance, and is a framework that helps businesses measure and demonstrate their impact on the planet, on people, and in how their organization is run. Harrison Street Director of Asset Management Lindsey Rongstad (pictured right) presented the award to The Springs Living's President Brenda Connelly and Director of Design Chris Shelby earlier this week. #seniorliving #esgaward #harrisonstreet #businesspartners

Vancouver, Washington, has changed a lot over recent years, but one of the more prominent transformations is along the Columbia River. Not so long ago, the waterfront, which used to be home to a paper mill, wasn’t a desirable place to visit, let alone live. Today, that’s all changed. The Waterfront Vancouver is now a sophisticated neighborhood featuring popular restaurants, shops, parks, and residences, including our 12-story community, The Springs at The Waterfront. This state-of-the-art community features a wealth of amenities and services to support residents in living life to its fullest. On Tuesday, we celebrated with others who made this vision come true. Thank you to our friends, including those from PMB, GBD Architects, Howard S. Wright, a Balfour Beatty company, City of Vancouver, Washington (especially Mayor Anne McEnerny-Ogle), Harrison Street and the Greater Vancouver Chamber, for joining us at this memorable celebration. Together, we have not only contributed to the revitalization of the waterfront, but we’ve created an exciting place for 150 employees to work and more than 250 older adults to live and thrive. #vancouverwa #waterfrontvancouver #housingforolderadults
